How can I collect points?
You can earn points by registering, shopping at HEY MARLY, referring friends and other activities. The points are automatically credited to your account.
Will the products be credited to me at the same time as the product purchase?
When you purchase products in our HEY MARLY shop, the points are credited to you after 21 days and can then be redeemed.
How do I redeem my points?
You can convert your collected and approved points into a discount on your purchase or redeem them for a reward.
Will my points expire?
Your points expire after exactly one year. But don't worry! Only the points you collected exactly 365 days ago will expire, all others will remain valid for the time being. We are always trying to launch new collections, so there is always a reason f
Can I combine the vouchers from MARLY'S CLUB with promotional codes etc.?
No, unfortunately it is not possible to combine promotional codes, discount codes, etc. with vouchers from MARLY'S CLUB.
What happens if I have paid with points and return the goods? Do I get the points credited back?
If you are not satisfied with your product and return it within the time limit, you will be refunded the points you redeemed.
